The Coyote Cabernet is a timepiece, connecting the winery's heritage to its modern roots. The first ever wine made by owner and winemaker Diane Wilson was Cabernet Sauvignon, and like the 26 foot tall sculpture outside the tasting room, this wine is bold and structurally sound.
Tasting Notes: Aromatics of white pepper, dark fruit, bell pepper, and a hint of honey. On the palate, juicy flavors of black raspberry, black cherry, and currant combine with a smooth vanilla finish.
