Tasting Notes: Rich and dense in aromatics, the bouquet presents notes of blackberry jam, caramel and herbs de Provence. The expansive palate is concentrated with flavors of black cherry, cola and plum. The integrated tannins and balanced acidity dance together to give this wine a long, rounded finish.

AVA: Dry Creek Valley
Composition: 95% Zinfandel & 5% Petite Sirah
Oak Aging: 18 months on French Oak
Production: 6 barrels

Alcohol: 15.9%
