While a large portion of the Petite Sirah at Wilson is allocated to blending each vintage, Diane saves her favorite barrels for limited production single-vineyard designate Petite Sirahs. Each wine is aged in French oak for nearly 2 years followed by an additional year spent bottle prior to release, and express rich fruit flavors complimented by earthy undertones that will develop with age.
